I'm sure you're all sick of hearing us whine about all the cool cars we can't get Stateside, so here's your chance to sound off. Are there any North America only cars that you guys lust after?

No.
I can import whatever I want.

Seconded. There are no North America only cars. Well, except for that one police-only sedan that hasn't been available used yet, maybe. But regular North Americans can't get that one yet either. I can get everything a regular North American can get, this is a free market.
I am envious of the comically cheap gasoline, low prices for new cars and lack of significant fuel economy/emissions related taxes.

Here are two:
F10 M5 / F13 M6: Only available with a stick on the USA.
We don't get any version of the Challenger with a stick in Mexico. We will get the hellcat, but it is most likely that it will be auto only.

So everything is sold there or are you saying you can import whatever you want? Can you get a Z/28?

The problem is most of us do not have silly import regulations to worry about so we can import just about everything we like. But if there was one vehicle we'd lust after it would be luxury Pick-Up trucks with a V8. We just don't get that stuff over here. They would be totally impractical since they are way too big for many european roads and the smaller trucks we have over here offer about the same capabilities in a less ginormous package with much better fuel economy because lol Turbodiesel but they also don't even come close to the levels of refinement found in a well equipped american truck. Although I think that a Ram EcoDiesel could achieve some respectable sales if it was officially sold over here.

No other government is as ridiculous at restricting imports as the US government is. It's all due to NIH.

Nope. UK import laws are the laxest laws in the known universe.
If you want something, go buy it.

No Z28s yet but there are ZL1s about.

But importing, registering, and insuring a car not meant for your market can be an expensive process, no? I know importing is easier for everyone else, so I guess my question could be rephrased as: Is there anything WORTH importing to you? Something you want so bad you'd be willing to go through the process to import it?

Is there anything that was only sold in NA that you'd be willing to go through the importation process to acquire?

I can import anything I want, but a lot of US specific vehicles aren't offered by the official GM importer. That doesn't mean another importer (or myself) can't import and register whatever I want though. As long as it's an unmodified vehicle from a respected market (for example Japan or the US) in good technical condition it's easy enough.

So long as it meets an established safety standard, it's not that difficult to import a US spec vehicle elsewhere. Normally the only things that need doing are making sure you have RHD pattern headlights in RHD countries (i.e. the UK).
Only the US says you have to meet THEIR standard, which trends towards the mutually exclusive with the worldwide ECE standard. But when you ask the USDOT what the actual benefit is, and if ECE cars are categorically death traps, they can't answer that.
Hence it's all about the ECE standard qualifying as Not Invented Here.

Chevrolet Corvair mk2, early Pontiac Firebird or AMC Hornet 2-door would be my choices :)

Well, you'll need metric dials, the right light pattern, a rear fog light and maybe some other minor modifications, even for LHD markets. But generally speaking it's like what you said.
